Overview
PY-H620-1000 microcomputer compressire strength tester is a multi-functional standard carton mass testing equipment developed by PUYUN, which is mainly used for the compressire strength test of various medium and conventional size corrugated boxes or the whole box compressire strength test of Encasement containers with compressire strength less than 50KN. The instrument has high control accuracy and professional technology. It is currently a cost-effective general-purpose carton compression testing machine in China. It has functions such as parameter testing, display, memory, statistics, printing and real-time display of compressive Linear dispersion. The test results can be used as an important reference for the height of finished Encasement boxes stacked in factories or an important basis for designing Encasement boxes.
Features
Stacking strength test function: Simulate the Encasement bin to add pressure to the preset pressure and maintain it, automatically adjust the pressure to ensure that the fluctuation does not exceed the range, and automatically terminate until the specified stacking test time or deformation reaches 100mm.
2. Fixed distance and fixed force test function: used to determine the limit compressire strength of high-grade special requirements samples, and automatically record the pressure value and compression deformation.
3. compressire strength test function: used to determine the ultimate compressire strength of the sample, automatically record the peak pressure and compression deformation.
4. Data processing function: can directly obtain the statistical results of various data, with automatic reset and fault diagnosis functions, easy to operate.
Principle
The instrument moves downward at a set speed through the upper pressure plate, applies pressure after contacting the sample, and measures the pressure value and deformation of the sample at the same time. In the stacking strength test, the pressure is repeatedly adjusted to ensure that the fluctuation is within the specified range; in the fixed distance and fixed force test, the deformation is measured from the pressure reaching 220N; in the compressire strength test, the deformation is measured from the pressure reaching the preset value until the sample crumbles and automatically records the peak value.

Steps
1. Set test parameters, such as pressurization speed, pressure preset value, etc.
2. Place the specimen between the pressure plates of the testing machine.
3. Start the test, and the upper pressure plate moves downward at the set speed to contact the sample and apply pressure.
4. Measuring pressure and deformation automatically and recording data according to test type.
5. After the test is completed, automatically stop and output the results, including statistical data and Linear dispersion.
Notice
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is 20 +/- 10 ° C and the Humidity is less than 85%.
• Power supply voltage is 220V, 50HZ before use.
• When the total deformation of the sample under pressure reaches 100mm, the test is automatically terminated to avoid excessive deformation.
• Periodically calibrate Sensors to ensure that the error margin is within +/- 1%.
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid touching moving parts during the test.
