Overview
PUYUN PY-H622 paper Smoothness tester is a special instrument for detecting the surface smoothness of paper and Cardboard. It is designed and developed based on the international general Buick Bekk smoothing instrument Working Principle. It is a smart performance testing instrument. It is suitable for paper companies, printing companies, mass supervision bureaus and scientific research institutions, but not for paper and Cardboard with a thickness greater than 0.5mm or a large Air Permeability to avoid affecting the test results.
Features
1. Adopt a 3.2-inch LCD monitor to display test data in real time.
2. The fully automatic one-click test is completed, the test is automatically pressurized, and the test is automatically reset.
3. Equipped with thermal printing function.
4. Provide three test gear conversions: ≤ 15s, 15~ 300s, ≥ 300s.
5. Measurement range, up to 0~ 9999s, Precision 0.1s, resolution 0.1s.
6. Excellent sealing performance, when the vacuum pressure is 50.66kPa, the reduction of Vacuum Level in large volume 60min or small volume 6min is less than 3kPa.
Principle
Based on the Buick Bekk Smoother Working Principle, the instrument determines smoothness by measuring the air leakage time of paper or Cardboard surfaces at specific Vacuum Levels and container volumes. During testing, the Vacuum Level changes from the initial value to the set value, and the instrument automatically records the time to evaluate the smoothing performance of the material.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate measurement gear (I, II or III).
2. Place the sample on the effective test area.
3. Start the fully automatic one-button test, the instrument is automatically pressurized and starts measurement.
4. After the test is completed, the instrument is automatically reset, and the data is displayed in real time and can be printed.
Notice
- Not suitable for paper and Cardboard thicker than 0.5mm or with high Air Permeability.
- Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is 20 +/- 10 ° C and the Humidity is less than 85%.
The test pressure should be maintained at 100 +/- 2KPa.
- The thickness of the rubber pad is 4 +/- 0.2mm, the parallelism is 0.05mm, the diameter is not less than 45mm, and the resilience is at least 62% Hardness 45 +/- IRHD.
- Regularly check the sealing performance to ensure that the Vacuum Level reduction meets the standard.
