Overview
INKS printing wear resistance tester (model: PY-H618) is used to test the Abrasion Resistance of printing ink layer, PS version photosensitive layer Abrasion Resistance and surface coating Abrasion Resistance of related products. Effectively analyze the problems of poor rubbing resistance of printing products, ink layer peeling, low printing resistance of PS version and poor coating Hardness of other products, and judge the Abrasion Resistance of ink layer (or coating) by measuring the reduction of density before and after friction (or the reduction of Coating thickness).

Principle
According to the friction load of international standards, the paper, Cardboard, leather and other sample printing products are rubbed back and forth at a specified speed to test the adhesion of inks, and the reduction of density (or the reduction of Coating thickness) before and after friction is measured to judge the Abrasion Resistance of the ink layer (or coating).

Steps
1. Adjust the number of friction settings
