It is used to determine the performance of paper or Cardboard in absorbing standard inks over a specified time and area. The instrument evaluates ink penetration and conjunctiva by simulating the acceptance and absorption capacity of inks by paper, which affects ink film drying and surface performance.

Principle
The instrument applies standard inks to the surface of paper or Cardboard by inking platen to measure the absorption performance of inks within a specified time. The process simulates the penetration and curing behavior of inks after contact with paper, and evaluates the acceptance of inks by paper and the absorption capacity of vehicles.

Steps
1. Prepare Sample Paper or Cardboard
2. Set the instrument parameters, including ink wiping speed and ink absorption time
3. Launch the test via Touchscreen
4. Ink platen Apply inks and start timing
5. Read the absorption performance data after waiting for the specified time

• Environmental humidity should be less than 85%
