Overview
OSP-06 L2000φ 16 formed wire scraping rod (D-Bar) is a production Spreader rod under the Japanese OSP brand, designed for precise control of the amount of Spreader. It is made of 304 stainless steel, with chrome plating on the surface, and is manufactured by extrusion process. It aims to solve the problems of loose wire, broken wire, and difficult cleaning of traditional wire scrapers, and realizes ultra-thin Spreader, with a minimum control of 1.5μm wet film thickness.

Principle
The working principle of D-Bar is to use the precision groove on the rod body to scrape off and precisely control the amount of liquid left on the substrate when Spreader liquid is on the surface of the substrate, thereby forming a uniform and specific Film thickness wet-film. Its unique groove design makes the Spreader process more stable and the Spreader quantity control more accurate.

Steps
1. Install the D-Bar in the corresponding location of the Spreader device.
2. Spreader the liquid to be applied to the surface of the substrate.
3. Use the D-Bar to scrape the surface of the liquid, adjust and scrape off the excess liquid to control the amount of Spreader.
