Overview
Axis deviation tester is mainly used for the determination of verticality and axis deviation of various bottle containers such as plastic bottles and glass bottles in the food, product, beverage and other industries. The instrument fixture is easy to operate, with high centering accuracy and high measurement accuracy.
Features
1. Electronic control, liquid crystal display
2. Automatic swirl/spin test, easy to operate
3. Special fixture to ensure that the PET bottle does not deform
4. The platform is stable and the test results are accurate
Principle
Axial deviation tester clamps the bottle container through a special fixture, automatic swirl/spin test, using the displacement probe to measure the perpendicular and axial deviation of the bottle container, the electronic Control system processes the data and displays the results on the LCD screen.
Applications
Food, food, beverage and other industries, plastic bottles, glass bottles and other bottle containers
Standards
QB2357-1998 "polyester (PET) non-steam beverage bottle", QB/T1868-2004 "polyethylene terephthalate (PET) carbonic acid beverage bottle", YBB00192003 "vertical axis deviation determination method"
Steps
1. Place the bottle container in a special fixture to ensure that the effective range of the fixture is within 30-100mm
2. Start the instrument, automatic swirl/spin test
3. Observe the LCD display, read the vertical and axis deviation measurement results
Notice
• Ensure that the bottle container size is within the effective range of 30-100mm of the fixture
• Check instrument accuracy before use, optional 0.01mm or 0.001mm accuracy
• Avoid excessive force to prevent deformation of the bottle container
• Regularly calibrate the instrument to ensure that the Indication Error is within +/- 1%
