Overview
HORIZON DLS-05 Electronic Tensile Tester is a professional equipment for material mechanical performance testing. It is suitable for tensile strength, fracture elongation, Modulus of Elasticity measurement of Plastic film, composite film and other materials, as well as disbonding, tearing, heat sealing strength and other performance tests.
Features
1. Operation mode, LCD real-time display of a variety of interfaces, including test method selection, parameter settings, operation results and Linear dispersion display.
2. With pull-off stop function, peak holding, and integrated over-current, over-voltage, overload and other protection devices.
3. Support a variety of test items such as stretching, heat sealing, disbonding, tearing, etc.
4. You can determine the elongation force value or the constant force value to measure the elongation, and display the force value and displacement in real time. Linear dispersion.
5. Flexible speed regulation, support single point speed regulation and stepless speed regulation, range 1-500mm/min.
The 60,000 joint adopts the structure of cross latch and has the function of swing angle limit, which is convenient for sample clamping and ensures concentricity, and eliminates the influence of irregular sample on Sensor.
7. Control mode with closed loop, high control accuracy.
Principle
The testing machine precisely controls the tensile speed and displacement through the closed-loop Control system, collects the force value and displacement data in real time, and displays it on the LCD screen. The universal joint structure ensures that the sample is clamped concentrically, reduces errors, and realizes the testing of various mechanical properties such as stretching and disbonding.
Applications
Plastic film, composite film
Standards
GB/T13022、GB/T8808、GB 1040、GB/T4850、GB/T 16578、QB/T 2358、QB/T 1130
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn on the device.
2. Use the touch keys to select the test method and parameters.
3. Install standard fixtures and specimens.
4. Set the tensile speed and Miscellaneous test conditions.
5. Start the test and observe the display interface and Linear dispersion in real time.
6. After the test is completed, the device automatically shuts down and remains peak, using a micro-printer to output the results.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V +/- 10% V to avoid overvoltage or undervoltage operation.
• Check fixture and specimen installation before testing to ensure concentricity.
• Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the Sensor.
• Regularly calibrate equipment to ensure Measurement accuracy.
• Pay attention to safety during operation to prevent splashing when the sample breaks.
