HORIZON DLS-05 Electronic Tensile Tester is a professional equipment for mechanical performance testing of Plastic films, composite films and other materials. The equipment can measure tensile strength, elongation at break, Modulus of Elasticity, and supports disbonding, tearing, heat sealing strength and other performance tests.

Principle
Sensor measurement of the force and displacement of the specimen during the tensile process is used to precisely control the Test speed with a closed-loop Control system. The universal joint structure ensures that the specimen is clamped concentrically, eliminates the influence of irregular specimens on the measurement, and displays the test data and Linear dispersion in real time.

Steps
1. Select test methods and parameters
2. Install the specimen and fix it with a fixture
3. Test speed and Miscellaneous parameters
4. Start testing and observe real-time data
5. View results and Linear dispersion after the test is complete
6. Use the micro printer to output the test report

• Power supply voltage within 220V +/- 10%
• Check whether the fixture is firmly installed before the test
• Avoid exceeding the maximum load of the equipment by 500N
