Overview
The HORIZON DLS-Z paper tensile testing machine (horizontal) adopts a unique horizontal design, which has the characteristics of compact structure, complete functions and convenient operation. The instrument is designed according to the national standard GB/T 1 2914-91 (constant speed stretching method), and can measure paper tension, Tensile Strength, elongation, fracture length, Tensile Energy Absorption, tensile index, Tensile Energy Absorption index and other parameters. It is especially suitable for micro-magnitude sensing and the determination of paper corresponding parameters (including wet strength value).

Principle
The instrument adopts horizontal design, and realizes smooth and accurate stretching control through ball bearing transmission mechanism and imported motor. The single-chip microcomputer performs information sensing, data processing and action control, realizes automatic reset, data memory and overload protection, and displays and records load tension, time and other parameters in real time during the stretching process.

Steps
1. Power supply AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ
2. Set the sample size (length 180mm, optional 200, 100, 90, 50, 0mm six-speed hand adjustment or computer control 0-200mm arbitrary adjustment)
3. Set the stretching speed 1~ 399mm/min and the return speed 1~ 399mm/min
4. Start the test and observe the liquid crystal display tensile time and load tension in real time
5. After the test is completed, the measurement results are displayed directly
6. Use thermal printer to print statistical reports and tensile curves

• Power supply must meet AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ requirements
• Precision of force value is +/- 1% to ensure use in the range of 0~ 100N
• Stretching and return speed can be adjusted digitally to avoid exceeding the range of 1~ 399mm/min
• Pay attention to the manual adjustment of sixth gear or computer control range when adjusting the sample size
