HORIZON DLS-Z paper tensile testing machine (horizontal) adopts a unique horizontal design, with compact structure, complete functions and convenient operation. Principle
The instrument adopts horizontal design and is driven by ball bearings and imported motors to achieve smooth and accurate stretching motion. A single-chip microcomputer is used for information sensing, data processing and action control, real-time monitoring of load and displacement during stretching, calculation of anti-tension, elongation and other parameters.

Steps
1. Power supply AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ
2. Set the sample size, the length can be adjusted arbitrarily in 180mm, 200mm, 100mm, 90mm, 50mm, 0mm six-speed manual adjustment or computer control 0-200mm
3. Set the stretching speed 1~ 399mm/min and the return speed 1~ 399mm/min
4. Place the sample and start the test
5. Real-time observation of liquid crystal display stretching time, load tension and other data
6. After the test is completed, the measurement results are displayed directly
7. Use a thermal printer to print statistical reports, including Average, Standard Deviation, and Coefficient of Variation

• Precision of force value is +/- 1% to ensure use in the range of 0~ 500N
• Stretching and return speed can be adjusted digitally to avoid exceeding the range of 1~ 399mm/min
