Overview
The HORIZON BLJ-100 electronic disbonding testing machine is a single-arm structural equipment suitable for disbonding, tensile, tearing, heat sealing strength and other performance tests of composite films, Adhesives, tapes and other materials.
Features
1. Single-arm structure
2. Can be pulled off and stopped, and the peak is maintained
3. Measurable disbonding, heat sealing, stretching and other items
4. Can be determined elongation force value, fixed force value to measure elongation, can display Linear dispersion (force value, displacement)
5. Single point speed regulation or stepless speed regulation (1-500mm/min)
6. Can be divided into four gears, each gear Measurement accuracy +/- 1%
7. Control mode closed loop, high control accuracy
Principle
The testing machine precisely controls the displacement and force values through the closed-loop Control mode, real-time measurement and display of Linear dispersion during the stretching process, supports the measured force value of fixed elongation and the measured elongation of fixed force value, and realizes High Accuracy performance testing.
Applications
Composite Film, Adhesive, Tape, Release Paper, Paper, Rubber, Plastic, Spinning & weaving, Water proofer, Non-woven Fabric, Wire, Foil, Sheet
Standards
GB/T2792、GB/T2790、GB/T8808
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and install it on the equipment
2. Set the displacement speed according to the test requirements (single point speed regulation or stepless speed regulation can be selected)
3. Select measurement grades (1, 2, 5, 10 four levels)
4. Start the test, and the equipment automatically performs disbonding, stretching and other operations
5. Real-time observation of force and displacement Linear dispersion during testing
6. Automatic shutdown and maintain peak data when pull-off conditions are reached
Step 7 Record test results
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V +/- 10% V to avoid voltage instability affecting accuracy
• Check whether the sample is firmly installed before the test to prevent slippage
• Select appropriate measurement gear and speed settings based on material characteristics
• Regularly calibrate equipment to maintain Measurement accuracy within +/- 1%
• Avoid overloading during operation to prevent equipment damage
• Keep equipment clean and prolong service life
