Overview
The HORIZON BLJ-100 electronic disbonding tester is a single-arm structural equipment suitable for testing the disbonding, tensile, tearing, heat sealing strength and other performance of composite films, Adhesives, tapes, release papers, paper, rubber, plastics, Spinning & weaving, Water proofers, non-woven fabrics, wires, foils, metal sheets and other materials.
Features
1. Single-arm structure
2. Can be pulled off and stopped, and peak maintenance
3. Measurable disbonding, heat sealing, stretching and other items
4. Can be determined elongation force value, fixed force value to measure elongation, can display Linear dispersion (force value, displacement)
5. Single point speed regulation or stepless speed regulation (1-500mm/min)
6. Can be divided into four gears, each gear measurement accuracy +/- 1%
7. Adopt closed-loop control mode, high control accuracy
Principle
The testing machine adopts closed-loop control mode, which realizes stretching or disbonding action through motor drive, can accurately measure force value and displacement, and display related Linear dispersion. Support fixed elongation force value and fixed force value to measure elongation function to ensure test accuracy.
Applications
Composite Film, Adhesive, Adhesive Tape, Release Paper, Paper, Rubber, Plastic, Spinning & weaving, Water proofer, Nonwoven Fabric, Wire, Foil, Sheet
Standards
GB/T2792、GB/T2790、GB/T8808
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V +/- 10% V
2. Select test items (e.g. disbonding, stretching, etc.)
3. Set the displacement speed, you can choose single point speed regulation or stepless speed regulation (1-500mm/min)
4. Selecting the range of force measurement (1, 2, 5, 10 four levels)
5. Start the test, the device can automatically pull off the shutdown and maintain the peak
6. Observe and record force values, displacement data and Linear dispersion
Notice
- Power frequency within 220V +/- 10% V
- Check whether the device connection is firm before testing
- Select the appropriate load gauge and speed according to the material characteristics
- Avoid overloading to prevent damage to the equipment
Periodically calibrate equipment to maintain measurement accuracy
