Overview
LT-1000 Ring Initial Adhesion Tester is a precision testing equipment of HORIZON brand. It adopts imported Sensors and motors and is mainly used for the initial adhesion test of various tapes and gluing agents. The product has a compact and exquisite structure and meets international standards such as FINAT and ASTM. It is suitable for research institutions, Adhesive import and export enterprises, Inspection & Quarantine institutions, etc.
Features
1. Compact, lightweight, and user-friendly structural design
2. Display MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average
3. Large LCD display (now upgraded to Touchscreen display)
4. Equipped with a micro printer
5. Humanized fixture, can arbitrarily change the adhesive substrate
Principle
The LT-1000 annular Initial viscosity tester completely contacts the annular sample with the standard float Glass test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min, and then completely separates it at a constant speed of 300mm/min in reverse. The instrument automatically records the maximum force generated. The maximum force is the annular initial adhesion of the tested sample.
Applications
Research Institutions, Adhesive Import and Export Enterprises, Inspection & Quarantine Institutions
Steps
1. Prepare ring specimen (size 180 * 25mm) and standard float Glass test plate (size 30 * 25 * 3mm)
2. Install the specimen on a humanized fixture
3. Test speed 300mm/min
4. Start the instrument, and the sample will automatically contact and separate from the test plate
5. The instrument automatically records and displays the maximum force value
6. View MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average through Touchscreen
7. Use a microprinter to print the experimental report (including test time, results MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, average)
Notice
• Ensure Power Supply is 220V, 50HZ
• The sample size must strictly meet the 180 * 25mm specification
• Test plate must be standard float Glass, size 30 * 25 * 3mm
• Measurement range 0~ 100N, accuracy less than +/- 1%
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy
• Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid the risk of electric shock
