Principle
LT-1000 annular Initial viscosity tester completely contacts the annular sample with the standard float Glass test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min, and the instrument automatically reverses and completely separates at a constant speed of 300mm/min, and the maximum force generated is the annular initial adhesion force.

Steps
1. Prepare ring specimens and standard float Glass test plates
2. Place the specimen in full contact with the test plate at a constant speed of 300mm/min
3. The instrument automatically reverses and completely separates at a constant speed of 300mm/min
4. Record the maximum force value generated as the annular initial adhesion force
5. View and store the results through the LCD screen, and print the experimental report
Notice
• Ensure that the sample size is 180 * 25mm and the test plate size is 30 * 25 * 3mm
• Use 220V, 50HZ power supply to avoid voltage instability
• Check instrument accuracy before measurement, error should be less than +/- 1%
• Maintain a constant speed of 300mm/min during operation for contact and separation
Periodically calibrate Sensors and Motors to ensure test accuracy
