Overview
DAQTECH DT-60A Furnace temperature tracker is a professional equipment for accurate measurement and analysis of furnace temperature Linear dispersion. It can continuously record 256 sets of temperature data, equipped with professional analysis software, providing accurate process index determination and optimization for wave soldering, reflow soldering and other processes, and is widely used in temperature mapping in electronics, food, painting and other industries.

Principle
The DT-60A Furnace temperature tracker collects the temperature data of the tested environment (such as reflow furnace and wave soldering furnace) through the K-type Thermocouple Sensor. The collected Data is stored in the host, and the Sampling interval can be set by software. After the test is completed, the data is uploaded to the computer through the RS-232 or USB communication port, and the special e-DataPro analysis software is used for Linear dispersion drawing, process index analysis and report generation to optimize the process parameters.

Steps
1. Use tools such as high temperature adhesive paper to fix the Thermocouple to the test point (such as PCB board).
2. Connect the Thermocouple to the temperature tester host and place the host in the instrument case.
3. Select manual, specified time or specified temperature mode to start recording according to requirements.
4. Enter the protective box equipped with the host into the furnace with the tested product for temperature tracking test.
5. After the test is completed, remove the device and connect the host to the computer through the data cable.
6. Use e-DataPro software to download and analyze temperature data and generate reports.
Notice
* Please wear the heat-insulating gloves provided during operation and pay attention to high temperature protection.
Make sure the Thermocouple connection is firm and fixed reliably to avoid peeling during testing.
* Select the corresponding heat insulation box (such as reflow soldering heat insulation box) according to the test environment (such as reflow soldering heat insulation box).
* The instrument has a built-in rechargeable battery, please use the matching charger to charge.
* Before the software clears the instrument memory data, please confirm that the data has been properly preserved.
