Overview
DAQTECH DT-40A Furnace temperature tracker is a professional equipment for accurate measurement and analysis of furnace temperature Linear dispersion. It can continuously record 256 sets of temperature data and is equipped with professional analysis software to provide accurate process index determination and optimization for wave soldering, reflow soldering and other welding processes. It is widely used in temperature mapping and analysis in electronics, food, painting and other industries.

Principle
The DT-40A Furnace temperature tracker senses the temperature change of the tested environment (such as reflow furnace, wave soldering furnace, oven, etc.) through K-type Thermocouple, and converts the temperature signal into an electrical signal. The instrument host continuously collects and stores the temperature data of each channel at a user-set Sampling interval (0.05 to 600 seconds). After the test is completed, the data is uploaded to the computer through RS-232 or USB communication port, and the special e-DataPro software is used for Linear dispersion rendering, Data analysis, process index calculation and report generation to evaluate and optimize process parameters.

Steps
1. Preparation: Fix the Thermocouple on the PCB board or the specified position of the tested object with high temperature adhesive paper, and connect it to the instrument host.
2. Settings: Set parameters such as Sampling interval and startup mode (manual/timing/temperature setting) through software.
3. Placement: put the instrument into a protective box (such as a reflow soldering insulation box), and put it into the furnace body or environment to be tested together.
4. Start: Start recording temperature data according to the preset start mode.
5. Test: The instrument goes through the entire heating process with the product and automatically records the temperature Linear dispersion.
6. Download: After the test is completed, take out the instrument and upload the temperature data to the computer through the data cable.
7. Analysis: Use e-DataPro software to open data, analyze, generate reports, and optimize processes.
Notice

Connect the Thermocouple correctly to ensure good contact and secure it reliably with high-temperature adhesive paper.
* Select the appropriate protective box (such as thermal insulation box) according to the test environment (such as reflow soldering) to protect the instrument from high temperature damage.
* When placing the instrument into a high temperature environment, please pay attention to safety and wear the provided insulating gloves if necessary.
The communication port of the instrument is RS-232 or USB (optional), please ensure that there is a corresponding connection port or converter on the computer.
* When analyzing the software, please enter the furnace temperature, chain speed, test point location and other information accurately to ensure the accuracy of the analysis report.
The instrument memory data can be cleared manually or by software. Please download and backup important data in time.
