Overview
The DAQTECH Q6 Furnace temperature tracker is a six-channel temperature test instrument with High Accuracy data collection and analysis capabilities. It uses a K-type Thermocouple Sensor with a temperature measurement range of -40 ° C to 500 ° C, suitable for recording and analyzing temperature Linear dispersion during heat treatment processes.
Features
1. Continuous testing is possible, and the data is downloaded at one time.
2. USB port, strong compatibility, suitable for all computers.
3. When the data is downloaded, the instrument can charge itself.
4. Standard voltage calibrated, reliable accuracy.
5. After the instrument is powered off, the data will not be lost.
6. Equipped with various status indicators, the working status is clear.
7. One-click operation, simple design, easy to learn and use.
8. The analysis software is the same as the data download interface, making it easy to operate.
9. The software can calculate the holding time above any temperature point.
10. The software can display the temperature Linear dispersion of each channel test process.
11. Parameters can be analyzed according to process requirements.
12. Analysis Software supports insertion of field test photos.
13. The software USES Iconic Operating interface, the image is intuitive.
Principle
The instrument collects Ambient Temperature data through the K-type Thermocouple Sensor and stores the Data in the internal memory. Users can download the data to the computer through the USB port, and use the supporting analysis software to view, calculate and analyze the temperature Linear dispersion to evaluate the process.
Applications
Heat treatment process monitoring, painting drying process monitoring, electronic welding reflow soldering and wave soldering temperature Linear dispersion test, furnace temperature distribution test
Steps
1. Connect Sensor and Instrument.
2. Set the acquisition rate (optional from 1 second to 33 minutes) and start mode (button, delay or temperature start) according to requirements.
3. Put the instrument and the heat insulation box into the environment to be tested to start the test.
4. After the test is completed, connect the instrument to the computer via a USB cable.
5. Download the data and automatically charge the instrument.
6. Use the analysis software to open the data file for Linear dispersion viewing, parameter analysis and report generation.
Notice
• Please ensure that it is used within the allowable internal temperature of the instrument (maximum 80.0 ° C) and the external temperature measurement range (-40~ 500 ° C).
• When using the matching painting insulation box, please pay attention to its temperature resistance limit (such as 250 degrees for 60 minutes or 300 degrees for 40 minutes).
• The instrument can store up to 4 test data continuously at a time, with a total Memory capacity of 230,400 data points. Please pay attention to data management.
• Operating voltage (DC3.7V~ DC4.2V) to power or charge the instrument.
• Before operation, please be familiar with the application scenarios of different startup methods such as button start, delayed start, and temperature start.
