Overview
JW200S film heat sealing tester is used for Encasement bag heat sealing performance test. The heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time, heat sealing pressure and other parameters of Plastic film substrate, Soft Encasement composite film, aluminum foil, Spreader paper and other heat sealing composite films are determined by hot pressing sealing method. Through standardized design and standardized operation, accurate heat sealing test indicators can be obtained, which can then guide large-scale industrial production.

Principle
The JW200S heat sealing tester adopts the hot-pressing sealing method, and the sample to be sealed is placed between the upper and lower heat-sealing heads, and the sample is sealed under the preset temperature, pressure and time.

Steps
1. Connect the compressed air pipe to the compressed air inlet on the right side of the instrument
2. Connect the foot switch to the connection on the right side of the instrument
3. Connect the power cord socket to the power inlet on the right side of the instrument
4. Prepare test materials
5. Enter the compressed air and use the adjustment handle to adjust the pressure to a pressure value that can press the upper and lower heat sealing knives together, usually 0.18~ 0.30 Mpa
6. Turn on the power switch on the right panel
7. Press the temperature control meter switch down to ON
8. The temperature controller is set to the required temperature
9. Use about 10 to 30 minutes to stabilize the set temperature
10. Set the timer to the desired time, i.e. the heat sealing time
11. After the above operations are completed, put in the sample and press the clamping button.

• The heat cover is a smooth plane, and the heat seal width can be designed according to the needs of users
• Heat sealing pressure range 0.05~ 0.7MPa, usually 0.18~ 0.30 MPa
• Heat seal Temperature range RT +~ 230 ℃, temperature control accuracy +/- 1 ℃
• Heat sealing time range 0.1~ 999.9s
• The air source interface is a 8mm polyurethane tube, and the air source is provided by the user
• Power supply voltage AC 220V 50Hz
• It takes about 10 to 30 minutes before use to stabilize the set temperature
