Overview
The JW-MFY03 automatic sealing tester is designed and manufactured according to the GB/T 15171-94 soft Encasement sealing performance test method, which is suitable for the sealing test of Encasement bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, etc. in the food, medical apparatus, daily chemical, automobile, electronic components, stationery and other industries. The test can effectively compare and evaluate the sealing process and sealing performance of Encasement parts, provide a scientific basis for determining relevant technical indicators, and can be used for the sealing performance test of the specimen after the drop and pressure test.
This product uses compressed air as a power source, vacuum generator as an energy conversion component, High Accuracy electronic pressure sensor as a measurement means, realizes test parameter setting, fast arrival of vacuum, High Accuracy measurement and test automation through microcomputer high-end vacuum pressure controller, pneumatic system adopts high-end accessories, stable and reliable performance.

1. Equipped with a Panasonic controller, the test parameters can be set, and the test process is fully automated.

Principle
This product uses compressed air as the power source and vacuum generator as the energy conversion element, with fast vacuum speed, high measurement accuracy, excellent performance and long quality. By vacuuming the vacuum chamber, the sample immersed in water generates internal and external pressure difference, and the internal and external escape of the test sample is observed to determine the sealing performance of the sample; or the internal and external pressure difference of the sample is generated, and the shape of the sample is restored after the test sample expands and releases the vacuum, so as to determine the sealing performance of the sample.

Steps
1. It will be placed on a stable workbench.
2. The access gas needs to meet the pressure requirements, and be degreased and filtrated;
3. The power supply needs to be grounded.

Keep the instrument and the surrounding environment clean; replace the unclean water liquid caused by the test in the vacuum tank in time to keep it clear and easy to observe.
