Overview
YINUO YN-MC02 Bevel Coefficient of Friction Tester is a professional equipment used to test the Coefficient of Friction of paper, Cardboard, Plastic film, sheet, conveyor belt and other materials. By measuring the smoothness of materials, it can control and adjust the opening of Encasement bags, Encasement machine speed and other process indicators to meet the production mass requirements.

Principle
The instrument evaluates the smoothness of the material by measuring the Static COF of the specimen on the inclined surface. When the inclined surface angle gradually increases, the critical angle at which the specimen begins to slide is recorded, and the friction coefficient value is calculated based on this.

Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and place it on the test bench
2. Operating interface setting test parameters
3. Start the test, the instrument automatically completes angle adjustment and data collection

• Select the appropriate slider mass according to the test requirements (standard 1300g, optional 235g or 200g)
