YN-ZG200 microcomputer paper bowl compression tester is specially used for the test of the compressive strength of carton paper bowls. The compression tester conforms to the international compression strength inspection method of Encasement transportation parts. It can also be used for the compression test of plastic drums and other material container containers.

Principle
The equipment applies pressure to the sample through the pressure plate, pressurizes according to the set test mode (fixed value test, pressure test, stacking test, compression displacement test), until the sample is damaged or reaches the predetermined conditions, and monitors and records the pressure and displacement data in real time to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the test results.

Steps
1. Select equipment specifications according to Carton Dimensions;
2. Ensure that the carton and platen are placed accurately in parallel.
3. Set test parameters (force, time, etc.) through 7in Touchscreen;
4. Start the test, and the device automatically pressurizes and records data.
5. Automatically reset, print or export the test results after the test is completed.
