Overview
YN-DLY-D carton drop tester (single wing) is a device that imitates the drop of cartons in daily life, and can reproduce the damage caused by products falling from a height. It is mainly used to detect the ability of cartons to protect products when they are suddenly dropped during transportation or handling. It adopts photoelectric control and can set seven-speed drop height or choose freely. It releases the sample through electromagnetic control to conduct edge, angle and plane drop impact tests on Encasement containers. It is a testing tool for carton production and use enterprises to control mass.
Features
1. Encasement equipment can be all angles, edges for free dropping test, equipped with digital height display instrument and decoder for height tracking, fast and accurate drop height, with the preset height error of not more than 2%.
2. Adopt single-arm double-column structure, with electric reset, electronically controlled drop and electric lifting device, easy to operate; have hydraulic buffer device to improve machine life, stability and safety; single-arm setting is easy to place products, drop angle Impact surface and baseplate plane angle error is not greater than 5 °.
3. The hydraulic buffer device significantly enhances the service life, stability and safety of the machine.
4. Reinforced fuselage design, stable performance, high use value.
Principle
Dangerous goods drop test principle: lift the specimen to a predetermined height, and then make it fall freely according to the predetermined state and collide with the Impact table.
Applications
Paper Bag, Film Soft Encasement Bag, Carton Encasement, Plastic Box, Wooden Box, Electronic Spare Parts, Furniture Appliances, Office Supplies, Ceramic Lighting and other products Encasement Encasement Resistance Strength Test, Dangerous Package Export Testing, Enterprise Product Factory Mass Verification
Standards
GB4857.5 "Basic Test for Transport Encasement Vertical Impact dropping test method"
Steps
1. Place the product on the device.
2. Set the drop height, you can choose seven gears or set it freely.
3. Free fall of the sample through photoelectric control and electromagnetic control.
4. Observe and record Fall Impact results.
5. Use an electric reset and lift device for follow-up testing.
Notice
• Keep the machine clean before and after the test.
• The placement environment is suitable for room temperature to below 45 ° C and well ventilated non-corrosion environment.
• The instrument cannot be used to test products with volatile, fragile, explosive and corrosion gases.
• "Emergency stop" button is used to prevent improper operation. Press to cut off the power of all control keys. Swirl/spin will be lifted after troubleshooting the problem.
