YN-ZDY01 Automobile Transportation Shaker Table is a test equipment that simulates products encountering different road conditions during transportation. It meets the requirements of international standards GB/T 4857.7 and ISTA vibration specifications. It is used to evaluate the structural strength of carton Encasement parts to adapt to long-distance transportation. It is suitable for simulated transportation testing of toys, electronics, gifts, ceramics, Encasement and other products.

Principle
The specimen is placed on a vibrating table and vibrated using an approximate fixed low frequency sinusoidal oscillation. Humidity conditions, test duration, Acceleration, specimen placement state and fixation method at the time of test are all predetermined. If necessary, a certain load can be added to the specimen to simulate the sinusoidal vibration environment of the transported Encasement at the bottom of the stack.

Steps
1. Place specimen on vibrating table
2. Set test parameters (Humidity conditions, test duration, Acceleration, etc.)
3. Add load to simulate stacking conditions if necessary
4. Start the device for sinusoidal vibration test
5. Observe the fixed transportation effect and displacement vibration durability of Encasement

• The specimen placement status and fixing method shall be carried out according to the predetermined requirements
• If necessary, add loads to simulate actual transportation conditions
• Ensure Ambient Temperature Range of 20 +/- 10 ℃
• Environmental humidity should be less than 85%
• Test load shall not exceed 120kg
• Before testing, confirm that the equipment is running smoothly and without abnormalities
