Overview
YINUO YN-BD01 whiteness meter is a professional instrument for measuring the whiteness of base paper materials in the pulp and paper Encasement printing industry. It can accurately obtain the whiteness value consistent with the visual sense. Basis Weight reflects the whiteness value after fluorescent whitening, and can measure the Opacity and transparency of paper. It is widely used in paper, Pulp, Spinning & weaving, chemical industry and other industries and commodity inspection departments.
Features
1. Measure the blue light diffuse reflection factor (R457) of the sample, that is, blue light whiteness or ISO whiteness;
2. Analyze whether the sample contains Fluorescent Whitening Agent and measure the fluorescence whiteness generated by fluorescence reflection;
3. Measure the luminance stimulation value Y10 of the sample, that is, the green light diffuse reflection factor RY;
4. Measure the Opacity, transparency, light scattering coefficient and light absorption coefficient of the sample;
5. Measure the inks absorption value of paper and Cardboard.
Principle
The instrument evaluates whiteness by measuring the blue light diffuse reflection factor (R457) of the sample, and analyzes the influence of the Fluorescent Whitening Agent to determine the fluorescence whiteness. At the same time, it uses the principle of Optical inspection to determine the luminance stimulation value, Opacity, transparency, light scattering and absorption coefficient, and inks absorption value to ensure accurate and reliable measurement results.
Applications
Paper Cardboard, Spinning & weaving, paints, chemical building materials, plastic products, detergents, cosmetics, tale powder, starch, flour, salt
Standards
ISO 2469、ISO 2470、ISO 2471、ISO 9416、GB/T 7973、GB/T 7974、GB/T 1543、GB/T 10339、GB/T 12911、GB/T 5950、GB/T 8424.2
Steps
Prepare the sample and ensure that the test plane size is ≥ 30mm or ≥ 19mm and the thickness is ≤ 40mm.
2. Place the specimen in the instrument testing position.
3. Start the instrument for measurement, automatically analyze whiteness, fluorescent whiteness, Opacity and other parameters;
4. Read and record measurement results;
5. Use the built-in thermal printer to output data.
Notice
* Ensure that the Working Ambient Temperature is 20 +/- 10 ° C and the Humidity is less than 85%;
* The sample size must meet the requirements to avoid excessive thickness or insufficient size affecting the Measurement accuracy;
Periodically calibrate instruments to maintain Precision ≤ 0.5% and Repeatability ≤ 0.02%;
* Avoid operating in strong light or vibration environment to prevent mirror reflection error exceeding 0.1%;
Clean the instrument after use to keep the test surface clean and free of contamination.
