Overview
YINUO YN-SD01 Colorimeter is a professional instrument for measuring the whiteness, yellowness, Color and color difference of objects. It can be widely used in papermaking, printing, Spinning & weaving printing and dyeing, ceramic enamel building materials, chemical industry, grain, salt making and other industries. The instrument can also measure the Opacity, transparency, light scattering coefficient, light absorption coefficient and inks absorption value of paper.
Features
1. High Accuracy measurement: R457 ≤ 0.5, Y ≤ 1.0, X ≤ 0.010, Y ≤ 0.010
2. High resolution: 0.10%
3. Large size integrating ball: diameter 150mm
4. Standard test hole: diameter 25mm
5. Analog D65 lighting body lighting
6. Equipped with thermal printer
7. Compact design: Dimensions 260 × 370 × 430mm, weight about 20kg
Principle
Optical inspection system using integrating sphere is used to calculate parameters such as whiteness, yellowness, Color and color difference by simulating D65 illuminator to illuminate the sample and measuring the reflection characteristics of the sample to light.
Applications
Paper, printing, Spinning & weaving, ceramic enamel building materials, chemical industry, grain, salt
Standards
ISO 2469、ISO 2470、ISO 2471、ISO 9416、GB/T 7973、GB/T 7974、GB/T 1543、GB/T 10339、GB/T 12911、GB/T 5950、GB/T 8424.2
Steps
1. Prepare the sample: ensure that the test plane is not less than φ 30mm and the thickness does not exceed 40mm
2. Boot preheating: work in an environment with temperature (20 +/- 10 ° C) and Humidity < 85%
3. Place the sample: place the sample on the test well
4. Start measurement: Optical inspection measurement is automatically performed by the instrument
5. Read the result: view the measurement data through the display screen
6. Print output: use thermal printer to output measurement results
Notice
• Ensure Ambient Temperature Range of 20 +/- 10 ℃
• Environmental humidity should be less than 85%
• The size of the sample must meet the test plane not less than φ 30mm, and the thickness should not exceed 40mm
• Avoid use in a strong light environment
• Regularly clean integrating balls and test holes to ensure Measurement accuracy
