YINUO YN-NMY01 inks Wear resistance instrument is a professional equipment used to detect the adhesion fastness of inks printing products. It is suitable for Encasement printing, UV Printing, label printing, book printing and other products produced by offset plate printing, flexographic printing and other processes. The wear resistance of inks is evaluated by simulating friction.

Principle
According to the friction load of the international standard, the instrument drives the friction body to rub the paper, Cardboard, leather and other sample printing products back and forth at a specified speed. Abrasion Resistance of the ink layer (or coating) is judged by measuring the reduction of density before and after friction (or the reduction of Coating thickness).

Steps
1. Enter the number of frictions into the instrument before the test.
2. Set and confirm parameters such as friction speed.
3. Place the sample and start the test.
4. The instrument automatically runs to the set number of times and then stops and buzzes.

• The working environment should be kept at temperature (20 +/- 10 ° C) with Humidity < 85%.
