Stable contact pressure, 2kPa; 6. Excellent concentricity design, using 4 point positioning once molding; 7. Accurate vertical parallelism control, up to 52mm; 8. Reliable horizontal parallelism control, for (R1 + R2) 32mm; 9. Display mode flexible, optional dial meter digital display; 10. Compact shape, size 200 * 150 * 250mm; 11. Lightweight, about 1.5kg; 12. Strong environmental adaptability, temperature (20 +/- 10) ℃, Humidity < 85%.
Principle
The toilet paper thickness meter contacts the measurement head with the sample through the standard contact pressure and area, and uses the dial meter or digital display meter to read the thickness value to ensure the accuracy and Repeatability of the measurement results.
Applications
Film, Sheet, Paper, Cardboard, Corrugated Board, Metal, Wafer, Spinning & Weaving Materials, Nonwovens, Other Materials
Standards
GB/T2438.2、GB/T 6672、GB/T451.3、QB/T1055、ISO534、GB/T6547
Steps
1. Place the instrument on the stable table; 2. Turn on the power supply and turn on the digital display table; 3. Place the sample to be tested flat in the measurement area; 4. Adjust the measurement head to contact the sample; 5. Read and record the thickness value; 6. Sexual repeability measurement to ensure accuracy; 7. Turn off the power and clean the instrument.
Notice
• Ensure that the Ambient Temperature is within the range of (20 +/- 10) ° C; • Keep Environmental humidity below 85%; • Check that the instrument is placed horizontally before use; • Avoid use in vibration or strong electromagnetic interference environments; • Regularly calibrate the instrument to maintain accuracy; • Clean the measurement head to prevent contamination from affecting the results; • Follow the manufacturer's instructions for maintenance.
