YN-SG01 digital display centrifugal drying machine is a special stock drying device. It adopts a vertical design, the motor is separated from the drying system, the appearance is beautiful, the timing is accurate, and it is easy to use. Compared with congeneric products, it has the characteristics of small vibration, low noise, and high dehydrate efficiency. It is widely used in Freeness/Schopper-Riegler test sample preparation, Stock concentration determination and laboratory washing Stock, Spinning & weaving, printing and dyeing and other industries. It is an auxiliary test instrument required by its production sites and laboratories.

Principle
Stock dehydrating is realized by centrifugal force generated by high-speed swirl/spin using the principle of centrifugal drying. Motor-driven drying system, single-chip microcomputer controls dehydrating time and Rotation speed to ensure accurate and controllable dehydrating process.

Steps
1. Stock sample in the dryer
2. Set the dehydrating time (0-9999 seconds)
3. Start the device and start the dehydrating process
4. Automatically stop after dehydrating and take out the sample

• Ambient Temperature should be kept at 20 +/- 10 ℃, Humidity < 85%
• power requirements AC220V +/- 10% 50HZ
• The dehydrated weight must not exceed 500g
• Make sure the equipment is placed on a smooth surface to avoid vibration
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment to ensure safe use
