The paper sheet former (model YN-CP01) is an experimental equipment that uses the fast Kaiser method to copy Pulp into shape and perform vacuum drying. The pulp is stirred in the sheet-copying cylinder by the fast Kaiser method, and then formed by the fast suctionfiltration. The formed sheet is processed by pressing and vacuum drying, and disc heating is used to ensure uniform transverse temperature and achieve uniform heating and drying, and finally a round sheet sample is formed.
