YINUO YN-PFI01 PFI Refiner (also known as PFI Refining Machine or Vertical Refining Machine) is a professional equipment used in pulp and paper experiments to provide standard Basis Weight samples for PFI determination, moisture determination, concentration determination, wet dissociation determination and free degree determination of Pulp. The equipment complies with ISO 5264/2-1979 "Pulp Laboratory Refining - Part 2: PFI Grinding Method" and the experimental standards specified in ISO5264/2 and TAPPIT248.
1. Adopting the double-disc co-directional sticky Refining (rubbing type) method, the Refining pressure can achieve four-level strength adjustment. 2. The lifting method of the flying knife is fully automatic vertical sensing positioning and fully automatic lifting. 3. The flying knife and grinding disc are made of 304 stainless steel to ensure durability and corrosion resistance. 4. Equipped with 3.2-inch LCD display, real-time display of Refining Power, effective power, apparent power, ineffective power, online voltage, online current and total power consumption. 5. The disc clearance distance can be adjusted within the range of 0~ 25mm, and the pulp tank volume is 600ml, which supports standard concentration 10% and high and low concentration refining. 6. The operation platform can be adjusted high and low, and the counter displays the control range 0-99999999r.
Measurement of Pulp having a predetermined concentration is placed between the cutter roll and the smooth Refining cylinder, the cutter roll and the Refining cylinder at different circumferential speeds swirl/spin, in order to act on the Pulp, Refining purpose.

1. Adjust the disc clearance distance to the required range (0~ 25mm). 2. Set the Refining pressure to one of the four levels of intensity. 3. Pulp with a standard concentration of 10% is placed in the pulp tank, and the absolute dry usage is 5~ 80g. 4. Start the equipment, the cutter roller at 1400r/m Rotation speed, the slurry pool at 600r/m Rotation speed swirl/spin, to achieve a linear speed difference of (6.6 +/- 0.2) m/s. 5. Control the number of Refining revolutions (0-99999999r) through the counter, and monitor Power, voltage, current and other parameters in real time. 6. After the Refining is completed, automatically lift the knife and remove the sample for subsequent determination.
• Refining pressure requires selecting one of the four levels of strength according to the experimental requirements to ensure accuracy. • The refining concentration should be maintained at 10%, and the dry usage should be controlled at 5~ 80g during high and low concentration refining. • Check the parallelism of the grinding disc (0.01mm) and clearance adjustment before operation to avoid damage to the equipment. • Real-time monitoring of LCD display parameters, such as Power, Voltage, Current, to ensure safe operation. • The power supply of the equipment is 380V, pay attention to electrical safety when using it to prevent electric shock. • Regularly clean and maintain 304 stainless steel components to extend equipment life.
