Overview
The device is a ZY-CH-10KPa battery fiber Shelf thickness gauge, which is suitable for thickness measurement of ceramic fiber paper, battery fiber Shelf and other materials. Its design follows relevant national standards, and the measurement is accurate and reliable.
Features
1. Measurement range, up to 0~ 18mm.
2. Measurement accuracy is high, up to 0.01mm.
3. Measuring pressure is stable, 10 +/- 0.5kpa.
4. The diameter of the probe is 28mm, and the parallelism between the measurement surfaces is good (< 0.035mm).
5. Compact shape (80 × 120 × 120mm), light weight (2.5kg), easy to operate and carry.
Principle
Measurement principle based on the contact type, under the specified constant Measuring pressure (10 +/- 0.5kpa), through the High Accuracy probe to contact the sample, the internal measurement system to accurately read and display the distance between the two measurement surfaces, so as to obtain the thickness of the sample.
Applications
Ceramic Fiber Paper, Battery Fiber Shelf
Standards
Paper and Cardboard Thickness Determination, JBT7630.1 Lead-acid battery ultra-fine fiberglass Shelf
Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable bench.
2. Turn on the power supply and turn it on to warm up.
3. Place the sample to be tested flat in the center of the measurement table.
4. Operate the instrument so that the probe comes into contact with the sample under standard pressure.
5. Read and record the thickness value displayed by the instrument.
6. After the measurement is completed, raise the probe and take out the sample.
Notice
• Please ensure that the instrument is placed in a stable and vibration-free environment before use.
• The instrument needs to be calibrated before measurement to ensure measurement accuracy.
When placing the sample, ensure that it is flat and free of folds or foreign matter.
• Measuring pressure is a Standard value, do not adjust it at will.
• Keep the probe and measurement table clean to avoid scratches or contamination.
When the instrument is not in use, please keep it safe to avoid impact or falling.
