Overview
The ZY-SF110 Halogen moisture meter is a fast moisture meter with halogen lamp heating technology. It features a stainless steel heating cavity, a large backlit LCD screen, real-time display of Moisture content percentage and drying allowance percentage, and supports multiple sets of drying process memory.

Principle
The moisture meter adopts the principle of heating weight loss method. The sample is placed on the instrument pan, and the sample is rapidly heated by the built-in halogen lamp heating source, so that the water in the sample evaporates. The instrument monitors the weight change of the sample during the heating process in real time. By calculating the difference between the initial weight and the current weight, combined with the built-in algorithm, the Moisture content percentage and drying allowance percentage of the sample are finally displayed directly on the display screen.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable table and connect it to the power supply.
2. Turn on the machine to preheat, and set the heating temperature and timing time according to the needs of the sample.
3. Put the empty pan into the heating cavity and perform the peeling and zeroing operation.
4. Spread the appropriate amount of sample evenly on the pan.
5. Close the heating chamber cover and start the heating drying procedure.
6. The instrument automatically monitors the weight change until the set end point (such as automatic stop condition) is reached, and the measurement ends.
7. Read and record data such as Moisture content and drying allowance from the display screen.
8. After the sample and pan chill down, clean up for next use.
Notice
Please place the instrument on a stable, vibration-free water platform for use.
* Operating Environment Temperature should be in the range of 5~ 35 ℃.
* Power supply voltage specified (220V +/- 15% 50Hz or 115V +/- 15%).
* Heating Temperature range from room temperature + 40 ℃ to 199 ℃, do not exceed the range setting.
* Do not exceed the Capacity when weighing 110g.
During and immediately after the heating process, the temperature of the heating chamber and sample is very high. Do not touch it directly to prevent burns.
* Please keep the pan and heating cavity clean to avoid sample residue affecting Measurement accuracy.
* The instrument needs to be regularly calibrated externally to ensure weighing accuracy.
When not in use for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
