Overview
ZY-HYP is an auxiliary device for measuring paper and Cardboard Ring Crush Test on a compression tester. It is designed according to the provisions of the national standard GB/T 2679.8 on the sample holder. The device consists of a sample holder and thirteen different sizes of the center plate, which can adapt to different thicknesses of the sample, and is widely used in papermaking, Encasement and product mass supervision and inspection industries and departments.
Features
1. The width of the annular groove covers 0.15mm to 1.00mm, with a total of 13 specifications, suitable for samples of different thicknesses.
2. Dimension is 440 * 190 * 48mm, mass 2kg, compact and portable.
3. Specially designed for compression testers to ensure the accuracy of Ring Crush Test measurements.
Principle
As an auxiliary device of the compression tester, the ring pressure center plate supports the sample in the compression test to determine its Ring Crush Test through the sample holder and various specifications of the center plate fixing paper and Cardboard samples to ensure that the test process meets the requirements of national standards.
Applications

Steps
1. Select the appropriate center plate size according to the thickness of the sample.
2. Install the center plate onto the specimen holder.
3. Place the paper or Cardboard specimen on the center plate.
4. Place the assembled appliance in a compression tester for testing.
