Overview
ZY-DCH-1 Electric Thickness Gauge is a Chinese device suitable for thickness measurement of flat pattern. The instrument implements ISO534, GB451.3, QB/T1055 and other standards, and is specially designed for thickness measurement of paper, Cardboard and other materials.
Features
1. Adopt a digital dial meter for intuitive readings.
2. Electric type design, allowing for continuous automatic testing.
3. Measuring accuracy is high, Indication Error is +/- 0.0025mm or +/- 0.5%.
4. The contact pressure and contact area meet the standard requirements, respectively, 100 +/- 10kPa and 2 +/- 0.05cm.
Principle
The instrument is electrically driven to make the measurement head press against the measured flat-sheet pattern at the standard contact pressure (100 +/- 10kPa) and contact area (2 +/- 0.05cm ²). The built-in High Accuracy Displacement Sensor converts the displacement of the measurement head into an electrical signal, and the thickness value of the sample is directly displayed by the digital dial.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable bench and connect the power supply.
2. Place the measured flat pattern flat on the measurement table.
3. Start the instrument, the measurement head will automatically descend and contact the sample at standard pressure.
4. After the digital dial indicator is stable, read and record the thickness measurement results.
5. After the test is completed, the measurement head automatically rises, and the sample can be replaced for the next test.
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is placed on a stable surface before use.
The sample to be tested should be kept flat and free of folds or foreign matter.
• Regularly clean the measurement head and measurement table to ensure measurement accuracy.
• Do not exceed the Measurement range of the instrument (0-3mm).
• When the instrument is not in use, please disconnect the power supply.
