Overview
ZY-SL-2 Computer Measurement and Control Tear Strength Tester is a special instrument for measuring paper Tear strength, which complies with ISO1974 and GB455.1 standards. This instrument is mainly used for the determination of paper Tear Strength, and can also be used for the determination of Tear Strength of lower strength Cardboard.

Principle
Through the computer measurement and control system, the instrument adopts High Accuracy Photoelectric Shaft Angle Encoder and the digital circuit technology with single-chip microcomputer as the core, through the LCD Chinese display operation prompts and cotton board input instructions, to achieve a simple man-machine dialogue, and to complete the paper Tear strength accurate measurement.

• Ensure that the instrument is used within the specified Measurement range (10~ 1000mN)
• Keep the tear arm at 104 +/- 1mm
• Ensure that the initial tear angle is 27.5 +/- 0.5 °
• The incision length of the sample should be controlled at 20 +/- 0.5mm
• Note that the Instrument Dimension is 450 * 310 * 465mm
