Overview
Disc Sampler (model ZY-DL) is a special device for fast and accurate cutting of standard area samples. It is suitable for Basis Weight measurement sampling of paper, Cardboard, Spinning & Weaving, non-woven fabrics, felt and other materials.
Features
1. Made of aluminum alloy, it is sturdy and durable.
2. The thickness is adjustable, with a maximum cutting thickness of 10mm.
3. Equipped with a protective pad cork to effectively protect the blade from damage.
4. It can quickly and accurately cut samples with a standard area of 100cm ².
Principle
The Sampler uses a built-in circular blade to swirl/spin the material placed on the protective pad within a set thickness range, resulting in a standard circular specimen with an area of precisely 100 cm ².

Steps
1. Place the material to be sampled flat on the protective pad of the Sampler.
2. Adjust the cutting depth of the Sampler according to the material thickness.
3. swirl/spin Sampler, using a circular blade to cut the material.
4. Remove the cut 100cm ² standard round sample.
Notice
• Before use, please check whether the blade is sharp and the installation is firm.
When adjusting the cutting thickness, do not exceed the maximum cutting thickness of 10mm.
• Make sure the material is flat when cutting to avoid sliding resulting in inaccurate sampling or damage to the blade.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation and avoid touching the blade with your hands.
• Please clean it in time after use, keep it properly, and keep the blade sharp.
