Overview
ZY-ZBT paper cup body stiffness tester is a special testing instrument for the determination of paper cup body and paper bowl stiffness. This instrument is designed according to the basic requirements of QB/T 2294-2006 "Paper Cup" standard for instruments and the general technical requirements of JJG157 "Non-metallic tensile, pressure and multi-functional testing machine". It is a paper cup physical performance testing equipment required by paper cup manufacturers and related scientific research and Quality control departments.

Principle
The instrument adopts single-chip microcomputer control technology, is equipped with aluminum alloy panel, the standard button is sensitive and durable, and the stiffness of the paper cup body and the paper bowl is measured by the relative movement of the two measurement heads.

Steps
1. Connect power to AC 220V, 50Hz
2. Place the paper cup or bowl in the test position
3. Set test parameters through the LCD Chinese interface
4. Start the test, and the instrument completes the test process automatically
5. Test data is output through a high-speed thermal printer
6. The probe is automatically reset and ready for the next test
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V, 50Hz before use
• Check that the probe should be less than or equal to 0.2mm before testing
• Ensure that the opening distance between the two probes is within the range of 40~ 120mm
• Regularly calibrate force values using standard weights
