Overview
Pulp fiber standard dissociator ZY-XJL is a special standard equipment designed and manufactured according to ISO5263 "Pulp - Wet Dissociation in the Laboratory" and QB/T1462-1992 "Wet Dissociation in the Pulp Laboratory" standards. It is used in paper mills, scientific research institutions, and Quality control centers to dissociate Pulp. Through mechanical treatment, the interwoven fibers are separated from each other in water, and the original appearance and properties of the fibers are kept unchanged as much as possible. To ensure the reliability of experimental data, guide scientific research and production and economical use of Stock.
Features
1. Design in accordance with ISO5263 and QB/T1462-1992 standards to ensure experimental accuracy
2. Equipped with preselection number display and automatic parking function, easy to operate
3. The impeller Rotation Frequency is precisely controlled to 48.3 +/- 1.6655-1 to ensure the processing Stability
4. The container size is φ 152 * 191mm, and the inner helix is 6.5X6.5mm-4 equal parts to optimize the fiber separation effect
5. Compact structure, Dimension 520 * 270 * 360mm, weight about 45Kg, easy to use in laboratory
Principle
The standard Pulp fiber dissociator separates the interwoven fibers from each other in water by mechanical treatment. The impeller rotation drives the fibers to move in the water, and the inner helix design is used to promote the fiber separation, while keeping the original appearance and properties of the fibers as unchanged as possible to ensure reliable data for the experiment.
Applications
Paper mills, research institutes, Quality control centers
Standards
ISO5263 "Pulp - Wet Dissociation in the Laboratory", QB/T1462-1992 "Wet Dissociation in the Pulp Laboratory"
Steps
1. Prepare the Pulp sample and place it in the container
2. Set the number of preselectors
3. Start the equipment and turn the impeller for wet dissociation treatment
4. The number of observations shows that the sample is taken out after the device automatically stops
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is grounded safely before operation to prevent electric shock
• Set parameters strictly according to the standard when using to avoid affecting the experimental results
• Regularly inspect impellers and containers to prevent abrasion from affecting performance
• Clean the equipment in time after the treatment is completed to maintain hygiene
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment
