Overview
ZY-NZ-1 folding resistance instrument is a Chinese optical mechatronics instrument, designed according to the national standard GB/T 2679.5-1995, for measuring the folding resistance of paper and Cardboard. The instrument can automatically count the number of double folds of the sample, and has photoelectric control technology to automatically return the folding chuck after each experiment, which is easy to operate.
Features
1. Optical mechatronics structure, automatically counting the number of double folds;
2. Photoelectric control technology, folding chuck automatic return;
3. Powerful data processing function, can convert the number of double folds to log values, and count the MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum, Average and Coefficient of Variation of the same group of samples;
4. Data storage in microcomputer, digital tube display;
5. Equipped with printing function.
Principle
The instrument drives the folding chuck for folding operation through photoelectric control technology, and automatically counts the number of double folds of the sample. The folding angle is 135 +/- 2 °, and the folding speed is 175 +/- 10cpm to ensure the accuracy of the test. The data processing system converts and counts the experimental data, and stores the display.
Applications
Paper and Cardboard Determination of Folding Resistance
Standards
GB/T2679.5-1995
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and install it.
2. Set the folding parameters;
3. Start the instrument for testing.
4. The instrument automatically counts and stores data.
5. View or print the results.
Notice
• Ensure that the specimen is installed correctly.
• Check whether the folding parameter settings meet the standards;
• Maintain instruments regularly to ensure accuracy;
• Avoid use in humid or extreme environments.
