Principle
The device is made according to the principle that when the flashing Frequency is synchronized with the pattern of the moving object, the human eye's vision is retained and relatively still is produced. By controlling the flashing Frequency to match the moving speed, the high-speed moving object is visually presented as a static or slow-motion state, which is convenient for observation and detection.

Steps
Connect AC 220V +/- 10% power supply.
2. Turn on the power of the device.
3. Set the required flashing Frequency through the control panel.
4. Aim the frequency flashing at the moving object to be observed.
5. Adjust the flashing Frequency until the target pattern is visually relatively static.
6. Read the current flashing Frequency and status through the digital tube for observation or detection.
