Overview
ZY-GZ-T glossmeter is a China three-angle gloss measurement instrument, providing two angle combinations of 20 °, 45 °, 75 ° or 20 °, 60 °, 75 ° for users to choose. The instrument integrates optical, mechanical, electrical and microcomputer measurement and control technologies, and has data statistical processing and printout functions. It is suitable for the measurement of Glossiness on the surface of various objects.

Principle
The instrument works based on the principle of mirror gloss measurement. At a specific incident angle (e.g. 20 °, 45 °, 60 ° or 75 °), the Illuminant emits a beam of light to the surface of the sample, and the detector receives and measures the luminous flux in the mirror reflection direction of the sample. By comparing the measured reflected luminous flux with the reflected luminous flux of the standard plate under the same conditions, the microcomputer system calculates and processes, and finally obtains the Glossiness value of the sample at this angle.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V +/- 10%, 50Hz) and turn on the instrument to warm up.
2. Select the appropriate Measurement Angles (20 °, 45 °, 60 ° or 75 °) according to the Sample type (such as High Gloss Paper, Spreader Paper, Metal Composite Paper, etc.).
3. Use a standard plate to calibrate the instrument.
4. Place the sample to be tested (recommended size not less than 50 × 50mm) flat in the measurement port.
5. Start the measurement, the instrument automatically reads and displays the Glossiness value.
6. Multiple measurements can be made, and the instrument can perform statistical processing on the data.
7. When necessary, connect the printer to output the measurement results.
Notice
* Ambient Temperature of the instrument is 0~ 35 ℃, and the relative humidity does not exceed 85%.
* Be sure to calibrate with a standard plate before measurement to ensure measurement accuracy.
The surface of the tested sample should be flat and clean, and the recommended size should not be less than 50 x 50mm.
* Avoid using the instrument in a strong magnetic field, strong vibration or corrosion gas environment.
Please use a power supply that meets the specifications (220V +/- 10%, 50Hz).
When the instrument is not in use, please keep it safe and clean.
