Overview
ZY-BL-2 Peel strength tester is a 90-degree Peel strength tester from China, specially designed for vertical disbonding testing. It adopts trapezoidal screw drive and integral nut design, and the slider is 45 degrees from the horizontal to ensure that it moves synchronously with the tested object during testing, meeting the vertical disbonding test requirements. The equipment is mainly used to test the adhesion of copper foil, tin foil, aluminum foil and tape on PCB boards. It has the advantages of manual operation, simple and stable operation.

Principle
The testing machine drives the slider to move through a trapezoidal screw drive system, and the slider is installed at a 45-degree angle to the horizontal plane. During the test, the slider drives the clamp to move synchronously with the object under test (such as foil or tape on the PCB board) for disbonding in a vertical (90-degree) direction. The equipped push-pull force meter measures in real time and displays the force value required during the disbonding process, thereby measuring the adhesion or adhesion of the material.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V/50HZ power supply.
2. Install the tested sample on the fixture.
3. According to the test requirements, set the appropriate traverse speed (speed range 0-200mm/min) through the control panel.
4. Select the automatic or pointing mode to start the test, and the slider drives the tested object to perform vertical disbonding.
5. Read and record the force value data during the disbonding process through the digital push-pull force meter.
6. After the test is completed, turn off the power and remove the sample.

* Power supply voltage is AC220V/50HZ.
The maximum load of the machine is 50kg, please do not overload it.
* Effective Travel is 200mm, please pay attention to Travel Limit when testing.
* Measurement accuracy depends on the attached tension gauge (0.5% or 1%).
