Overview
ZY-KY digital carton compression testing machine is an Encasement testing equipment in China, which is suitable for all kinds of corrugated boxes compressire strength test, compliance test and stacking strength test. It is a basic instrument for evaluating the compressire strength performance of corrugated boxes.
Features
1. With automatic return function, the crushing force can be automatically judged and the data can be saved after the test is completed.

Principle
The testing machine is powered by an AC variable frequency motor drive controller, driven by a High Accuracy ball screw, and applies pressure to the corrugated box placed on the platen. The system measures the force value through Sensor, combines with the photoelectric encoder to count the displacement, and processes the data in real time by the embedded processing chip. The test Linear dispersion and results are displayed on the LCD screen or computer software, and the test is automatically completed and stopped according to the set mode (such as intensity, fixed value or stacking code).

Steps
1. Turn it on and select the Operating interface (computer host or microcomputer LCD screen).
2. Set test parameters (e.g. mode, speed, power, time, etc.) on the software or display.
3. Place the corrugated box specimen in the center of the platen.
4. Start the test, the equipment automatically pressurizes and displays Linear dispersion and data in real time.
5. After the test is completed, the equipment automatically stops and returns, and saves the results such as the maximum force value displayed.
6. The printer can be connected through the interface to output data or perform multiple data comparison and analysis.
Notice
Please ensure that the power supply is AC220V/50HZ~ 60HZ and is reliably grounded.
When placing the sample, ensure that it is located in the center of the platen to avoid partial loading.
Check whether safety devices such as limit protection are normal before the test.
Do not touch moving parts while the device is running. In case of emergency, use the emergency stop button.
