Overview
Friction coefficient meter ZY-MCX is a Chinese equipment designed and manufactured according to GB17200 standards, in line with GB10006 and ISO8295 standards, mainly used for the measurement of Static COF and Kinetic COF when Plastic film and sheet (or other similar materials) slide. By measuring the Coefficient of Friction of Plastic film, it is possible to control and adjust the production mass process indicators such as the opening of the Encasement bag and the Encasement speed of the Encasement machine, and further strengthen the measurement of the smoothness of Plastic film, especially the film for Encasement.

Principle
Friction coefficient meter slides on the material surface through the slider to measure Static COF and Kinetic COF. Slider size is 63 * 63mm, work table size is 200 * 470mm, slider traverse speed is 100mm/min, force range is 0~ 5N, Measurement accuracy is +/- 1%.
