Overview
The roller press (model: ZY-YZ-3) is a papermaking experimental equipment in China, dedicated to pressing wet paper patterns. As a supporting equipment for the sheet reader, it is suitable for pulping and papermaking laboratories. Its main function is to improve the density, smoothness, strength or reduce moisture of the pressed object. It can complete Pulp wet strength measurement, ordinary pressing, high-pressure pressing, smooth pressing, calendering and other experiments. Various blanket pressing experiments can also be carried out by adding different blankets.
Features
1. The width of the volt roller and press roller is 300mm, and the cylinder diameter is 100mm, providing a stable pressing range.
2. Line pressure range of 0.33 to 80N/mm, suitable for a variety of experimental requirements.
3. Travel 100mm on the pressing roller, flexible operation.
4. Total Power 1.12kw, energy saving and high efficiency.
5. Dimension 1160 * 600 * 1500mm, compact structure.
Principle
The roller press applies line pressure to the wet pattern through the volt and press rollers to increase the density, smoothness and strength of the pattern during the pressing process, while reducing moisture. The equipment uses mechanical pressure to complete the pressing experiment, and supports different blanket configurations to achieve diverse experimental purposes.
Applications
Pulp and paper laboratory, Pulp wet strength measurement, ordinary pressing test, high pressure pressing test, smooth pressing test, calendering test, blanket pressing test
Steps
1. Prepare the wet pattern and place it in the equipment.
2. Select and install the mesh blanket as required.
3. Adjust the upper roller Travel and line pressure parameters.
4. Start the equipment for pressing operation.
5. After finishing the pressing, remove the sample for analysis.
Notice
• Make sure the power supply and parameters of the equipment are set correctly before operation.
• Check compatibility when using different blankets.
• Avoid overloading during the pressing process.
• Maintain equipment regularly to ensure stable performance.
