Overview
The frequency-modulated vibrating sieve machine (Somerville type Vibration sieve) is a laboratory equipment used to screen impurities in Stock and determine the content of impurities such as fragments in Pulp. The machine uses vibrating vacuum suction to screen Pulp fibers, which can reduce the number of impurities in Pulp suspension that do not meet the process requirements, obtain clean and good pulp, and can also be used as a flat sieve.
Features
1. Small size, easy to operate
2. Vibration Frequency Adjustable, Can Select Different Frequencies According to Stock
3. The sieve plate is easy to disassemble
4. Adopt speed regulating gear reducer drive
5. Digital Display Vibration Frequency
6. Optional sieve plates with different specifications and gaps
Principle
The frequency-modulated vibrating screen pulp machine adopts a speed-regulated gear reducer to drive the cam through the connecting shaft to vibrate the baseplate up and down, so that the Stock produces high-frequency vibration. The qualified Stock passes through the screen seam, and the unqualified fibers and slag are left on the screen plate. Pulp fibers are screened by vibrating vacuum suction.
Applications
Pulp and Paper Laboratory, Pulp Screening, Impurity Testing
Steps
1. Pulp sample ready
2. Select the appropriate sieve size according to your needs
3. Adjust the Vibration Frequency to the appropriate range (400-3000 times/min)
4. Start the equipment for screening
5. Observe the screening effect, collect good pulp and residual impurities
6. Clean the equipment and remove the sieve plate for maintenance
Notice
• Ensure that the water source meets the requirements before use: the water flow rate is 8.6 L/min, and the water pressure is 1.23 Kg/cm ²
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with moving parts
• Regularly check the condition of the sieve plate and replace the damaged sieve plate in time
• Choose the Right Vibration Frequency According to Different Stock Characteristics
• Equipment should be cleaned in time after use to keep the equipment clean
• Power supply voltage matches equipment requirements
