Overview
The Defelsko OTLKIT oven temperature recorder is a 6-channel temperature recorder designed for high-temperature environments with a K-type Thermocouple port for simultaneous measurement and recording of temperature data up to 6 individual points. Its core features are long-term stability in extreme temperatures up to 1000 ° C and large-capacity Data storage capabilities for industrial applications that require precise monitoring and recording of temperature processes.
Features
1. Equipped with 6 K-type Thermocouple ports, support multi-channel simultaneous measurement.
Large data storage capacity, capable of recording up to 40,000 datasets (240,000 readings in total), and supports management in 6 independent batches.
3. The sampling Frequency is fixed every 2 seconds, and the maximum continuous recording time can reach 22 hours.
4. High-temperature stainless steel barrier box design with fiberglass insulation layer, no silicon Resin, to ensure long-term reliable operation in high temperature environment.
5. Equipped with a bright LED indicator light, it can visually display the working status of the recorder.
6. A calibrated certificate traceable to NIST is included to ensure measurement accuracy.
7. Compatible with PosiSoft Desktop Software, easy to download, view, analyze data, and export to .CSV format files.
8. Provide a variety of lengths (1.8 meters, 3.6 meters, 6 meters) of stainless steel braided cable temperature sensor for optional.
Principle
The logger is connected to an external temperature sensor via its 6 K-type Thermocouple ports. The Probe senses the Ambient Temperature and generates a corresponding tiny voltage signal. The internal circuitry of the logger collects these signals at fixed intervals every 2 seconds and converts them into temperature values. The converted temperature data is stored as a dataset together with the timestamp. All data can eventually be downloaded to a computer for further analysis and archiving via dedicated software.
Applications
Industrial oven temperature monitoring, heat treatment process recording, Curing Oven temperature verification, laboratory high temperature experiment, production process temperature control
Standards
Calibrated to NIST
Steps
Install 2 AAA batteries for the recorder.
2. Connect the required number of K-type Thermocouple temperature sensors to the corresponding channel port of the recorder.
3. Place the recorder and Probe in a high temperature environment (such as oven) to be tested.
4. The recorder will automatically start collecting and storing temperature data at 2-second intervals.
5. After the recording is completed, connect the recorder to the computer.
6. Use PosiSoft Desktop Software to download the recorded data batch.
7. Use software to view, analyze, or export data to a .CSV file.
Notice
• Operating temperature range of the recorder body is 0~ 70 ℃, it is necessary to ensure that the Ambient Temperature it is placed within this range, and its Probe can measure -100~ 1000 ℃ environment.
• The built-in battery of the recorder lasts about 30 hours in continuous recording mode. Please pay attention to replacing the battery in time to ensure data integrity.
The high-temperature stainless steel barrier box is designed to protect internal components, but it is still necessary to avoid severe impact or drop.
When connecting Probe, make sure the Thermocouple type matches the port (Type K).
• Data analysis relies on PosiSoft Desktop Software, please ensure that the software is installed on your computer.
