Flexographic printing Spot Color Proofer NBC-410A is a device designed to imitate the printing press Working Principle, with adjustable pressure and a wide range of substrates. It predicts inks Hue through standard proofing, compares the master standard Color to determine the inks ratio, and converts the color scheme work to pre-press work. It supports Spreader, solid color and Dot pattern proofing.
Features
1. After the ceramic roller rotates the ink evenly, the printing material and the Printing Plate cylinder start to rotate synchronously for one week to complete the proofing, ensuring that the ceramic roller, the printing material cylinder and the Printing Plate cylinder run synchronously to ensure the proofing mass.
2. The four structures of drawdown blade, ceramic roller, Printing Plate cylinder and printing material cylinder can adjust the pressure independently and flexibly.
3. The mesh roller and drawdown blade are easy to disassemble and assemble.
4. Using large drum structure, it is simple and convenient to install Printing Materials, Printing Plates and clean Printing Plates.
Principle
The Proofer imitates the printing press Working Principle. After rotating the ink evenly through the ceramic roller, the printing material and the Printing Plate drum start to rotate synchronously for one week to complete the proofing process. The pressure is adjustable to ensure the proofing mass, and supports Spreader, solid color and Dot pattern proofing.

Steps
1. Use a dropper to drop ink for inking.
2. Installation of Printing Materials and Printing Plates.
3. Adjust the pressure of drawdown blade, ceramic roller, Printing Plate cylinder and printing material cylinder.
4. Start the equipment, the ceramic roller first rotates the ink evenly, and then the printing material and the Printing Plate roller rotate synchronously for one week to complete the proofing.

• Input power is 220V, 50/60Hz, Power 500W, ensure power matching.
• The thickness range of the proofing material is 0.01~ 2mm (bendable material), the size is 150x520mm, and the printing area is 100 * 520mm.
• The plate area is 120x251mm, the thickness is 1.7mm flexographic plate, and the adhesive is 0.3mm.
• The pressure of plate roller and screen roller, plate roller and embossing pressure can be adjusted by 2mm, and the pressure is displayed on a scale.
• The ink leveling speed range is 10-60m/min.
• The specification of the ceramic mesh roller is φ 80x180mm, and one is standard (70-1200 lines can be customized).
• Applicable inks include flexographic waterborne, UV ink, lithography, letterpress plate plain or UV ink.
