Overview
GQ-DX101 fixed gas detector is a new type of gas detector developed by BOSEAN with years of experience. It is used to detect the concentration of flammable or toxic and harmful gases in the air. When the concentration reaches or exceeds the preset alarm value, the controller will issue a sound and light alarm to remind to take safety measures to prevent explosion and poisoning accidents and ensure the safety of life and property. The product has the advantages of stable signal, high accuracy, rapid response, long life and short polarization time. It adopts industrial-grade Sensor and explosion-proof structure design, outputs 4-20mA standard signal or directly connects to DOS system. It can be widely used in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, municipal and other industries, and is at the professional level of domestic congeneric products.

Principle
The gas detector detects the concentration of specific gases in the air through the built-in industrial-grade Sensor. The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, which is processed by the internal circuit, and outputs a 4-20mA analog signal or an RS485 digital signal. When the detected gas concentration reaches or exceeds the preset low alarm value or high alarm value, the controller will trigger the sound and light alarm device to issue an alarm in time.

Steps
1. Select the installation location and install it with Wall-Mounted.
Connect the power supply (DC24V +/- 10%) to the signal line (3-wire 4-20mA or 4-wire RS485).
3. Turn on the power supply and start the device.
4. According to the type of gas to be measured, refer to the gas parameter table to set the corresponding range and alarm point.
5. The equipment enters the normal working monitoring state.

* Please ensure that it is used within the range of Working Ambient Temperature -20 ℃~ 50 ℃ and Humidity 0-95% RH (no condensation).
* When installing, pay attention to the front face of the Sensor to ensure good contact with the gas.
* Please use the matching explosion-proof waterproof connector when wiring to ensure the sealing of the inlet.
* Relay output is passive contact point, full load Power is 1kW, do not overload use.
Regular maintenance and calibrating to ensure detection accuracy and Reliability.
