Overview
Shanghai JINGTIAN NDJ-1S RTD digital display Rotational Viscometer is a digital display instrument with a range of 20 to 100,000 mPa · s. Its LCD screen can display viscosity, speed, temperature, percentimeter torque, rotor number and the maximum viscosity value of the selected rotor at the current speed. This model is equipped with an RTD temperature probe, which can directly measure and display the temperature of the sample or environment.

Principle
The Viscometer works on the principle of swirl/spin viscosity measurement. The instrument drives the selected rotor to swirl/spin at a set constant speed in the sample. Tack resistance to the rotor swirl/spin in the fluid generates torque, which is measured by the instrument, combined with the rotor specifications and speed parameters. After internal calculation, the viscosity value of the sample is displayed directly on the digital display screen.

Steps
1. According to the estimated sample viscosity range, select the appropriate rotor and speed.
2. Install the selected rotor.
3. Immerse the RTD temperature probe into the sample or place it in a measurement environment.
4. Turn on the power supply, and the instrument will automatically display information such as temperature.
5. Immerse the rotor into the sample at the specified mark.
6. Start the measurement, and after the reading is stable, record the viscosity value displayed on the LCD screen.
Notice
Before use, make sure that the input voltage of the power adapter matches the local power grid (100~ 240V, 50~ 60Hz).
• When selecting the rotor and rotational speed, ensure that the estimated viscosity value of the sample is within the maximum measurable range of the combination.
• During measurement, the depth of the rotor immersion in the sample needs to reach the specified mark to ensure measurement accuracy.
Measurement accuracy of +/- 5% F.S. and reproducibility of +/- 1% F.S. Please consider this error range when evaluating results.
• Do not use the temperature measurement function in an environment beyond the RTD probe Measurement range (0~ 100 ° C).
